TPIA, The Audiovisual Innovation Center of Fomento de San Sebastian, is a habitat, an avant-garde, innovative space for business, where the necessary conditions have been established for audiovisual companies’ competitiveness in the 21st century.
Within the city, PIA is carrying out actions for companies to reach new markets through cooperation and networking, based on enhanced competitiveness and innovative formats.
PIA’s goals are to encourage synergies, produce knowledge, and create wealth and jobs while fostering economic development in the city.
Fomento de San Sebastián, has been working with the sector’s actors for several years. As a result of this work, a new audiovisual and bioclimatic building is under construction. This building will offer:
- Office rental (lower rental rates than the market price) in rotation or as permanent base
- State-of-the-art innovative resources
- Film set and virtual set
- Control rooms
- Viewing rooms
- Research unit
