Pursuant to Spanish Organic Act number 15/1999, dated 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, any personal data obtained through this Site shall be entered into the files owned by EIKEN (Asociación Cluster Audiovisual de Euskadi), Spanish tax identification number G-95339750 and whose registered address is at Parque Tecnológico de Zamudio Edif. 105, ZAMUDIO (SPAIN). The files are duly entered in the General Registry for the Protection of Personal Data, under the security measures set forth in Spanish Royal Decree number 994/1999, dated 11 June.

For identical purposes, the party concerned authorises the cession of his/her data to the Regional Council of Biscay, their attachd companies and any other companies/bodies that have entered into collaboration agreements with EIKEN
